Ticket & VIP Information

General admission tickets will be available at the venue entrance each day:  Seating is generally not allocated except for Saturday where seats will be allocated either on-line prior to the event or at the venue entrance on the day.

  • General Admission Cost: Thursday $20; Friday $20. Children 16 years and under: Thursday & Friday free entry. On Saturday visitors standing room tickets are available (these do not include a reserved seat in the indoor arena.  Cost:  $20 adults, $10 for 16 years and under.

Reserved seating tickets will be available from the venue on the day or from the event office on Thursday.  Or you can ring Mary Houghton on the number below before COB Thursday and provide credit card details and we reserve seats for you to collect from the gate.

Un sold reserved seating tickets can be purchased from the event office in the main arena on Thursday and Friday and at the gate on Saturday.

Cost: Adults - $45pp; Children 16 years and under - $30. There is no charge for infants sitting on laps.  On-line bookings will close on 30 April unless otherwise advised.

Book tickets on line  Adult Event package tickets

  • Unsold seats and bench seating will be available for purchase from the venue on the day. The choice of seats may be limited and we recommend people book on line especially if booking for a 3 or more people. 
    Cost at the venue: Adults - $40pp; Children 16 years and under - $25.      
  • Once the indoor arena has reached its seating capacity on Saturday evening the admission price will be reduced to a “Standing Room Only” price of $20 adults, $10 for 16 years and under. 
  • Book tickets on line for all three days (adults only)

If you wish to attend the day session only and don’t require a reserved seat, you can pay the standing room only price at the entrance on the day.

Top Spot Marquee

The Top Spot Marquee, located in the top spot position located behind ‘C’ in the spectacular indoor arena. Relax and enjoy great food, fine coffee and wines. Morning, afternoon tea and lunch with Wild Oats wines included.  Tea, coffee and refreshments available at all times during the day. Other privileges include: gate admission to the venue, special parking and a complimentary programme booklet. - Cost: $110 per day on Thursday and Friday, $130 on Saturday.  Seating is not allocated during day sessions.

* We ask Guests to respect the Marquee Dress Code, which is Smart Casual during the day.

Special Notice for Saturday day session: The Marquee will be closed from approx 3.00pm to 6.00pm to prepare for the dinner session.  If you are staying on to watch the evening programme and wish to have a reserved seat in the general seating area on Saturday evening then you will need to either book on-line or purchase a ticket at the venue on the day or use the standing room only facility.  

Saturday Evening Dinner - We have SOLD OUT!

Saturday Dinner has been removed from the options of on line bookings.  Contact Gail Benson if you would like to go on the waiting. We may be able to release a few tickets closer to the event depending on guest and sponsor numbers.

Enjoy a fabulous gourmet dinner served with Wild Oats wine in the Top Spot Marquee while watching the  Grand Prix Dressage Freestyle to Music and Jumping.  Cost: $170 per person. Dinner Ticket holders will be able to enter the Marquee from approx. 6.00pm.

Dress code for the Dinner: Semi formal.

Seating arrangements will be tables of 4 (note all larger tables have sold out). Any special seating requests are to be made at the time of booking otherwise seating will be allocated by the organisers.

Note: You can save by booking for the whole of Saturday:  Sydney CDI Marquee day session and Saturday evening dinner - cost @ $255 for both sessions.

Special dietary needs and special access information for people with disabilities must be provided when booking.

Top Spot Marquee –  Bundle  Includes daily Marquee tickets, Thursday to Saturday and the Saturday evening Dinner. Cost: $450.

Group Bookings

A limited number of seats have been reserved for Club Group Bookings.  The price for group bookings is the same as purchasing tickets on line but the advantage is that you can get seat all of your group together and there is some saving in transaction fees.
